1. Responding to incoming mail from the university’s administration, whether in physical or electronic form.
  2. Issuing cost orders for the academic staff of our college and external lecturers for two courses per academic year, as well as issuing cost orders for the evening study separately. Also, issuing cost orders related to the previous orders and distributing copies to the (Accounts, Audit, and Administrative) departments, the scientific dean’s assistant, the office of the dean, and all scientific departments.
  3. Responding to and continuously updating the statistical system of human resources for all our college’s staff, including permanent and ministerial contracts, daily wages, and external lecturers directly linked to the ministry.
  4. Responding to and continuously updating the database for our college’s staff only.
  5. Completing and responding to the university’s annual statistical report.
  6. Sending facilitation books specifically for students to related departments.
  7. Continuous coordination with the Studies and Planning Department at the university’s administration, either directly or electronically, to clarify the required information and respond as quickly as possible.
  8. Continuous coordination and collaboration with the Registration and Postgraduate Studies Departments to complete responses related to our college (regarding top students and postgraduate studies).
  9. Participating and attending workshops or installing programs or updating programs with the Studies and Planning Department at the university’s administration.
  10. Monitoring the responses of the scientific departments for standardization purposes and sending the response to the university.
  11. Issuing orders to reduce the threshold for our college’s academic staff when eligible.
  12. Responding, sending, and copying previous cost orders and issuing approval orders for external lecturers in our college to relevant departments.
