  1. Completing application procedures for new admissions to the Master’s program in Soil Science and Water Resources for each academic year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Reviewing acceptance forms for admitted students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Providing employed students with endorsement letters to their respective departments along with the acceptance list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Opening individual files for each accepted student.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Providing graduate students with endorsements for academic leave purposes and monitoring them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Providing students with endorsements for continuing their studies throughout their academic period and endorsing them for library access to facilitate research information retrieval during the writing phase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Organizing and maintaining academic records for students applying for study extensions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Providing graduating students with transcripts and grade documents (in both Arabic and English), attesting them by the university, and issuing wall charts (in both Arabic and English).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Transferring and forwarding messages for students who have completed their research and theses to the electronic plagiarism committee, then to the linguistic and scientific evaluators to prepare for the defense.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Forming examination committees for students, along with creating lists for professors’ remuneration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Obtaining approvals for the approval of thesis titles and dissertations, as well as changing titles during the research writing phase, along with issuing supervisor endorsements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. Monitoring students’ academic leaves and following up on payment receipts for private expense students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  13. Responding to correspondence received by the division (inquiries, opinions, student deferral, warning letters, committee formations, calculating the minimum period for students).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  14. Compiling statistics for all master’s students (specialization, gender, graduation year) and uploading them in CD format or Excel sheets, establishing a database for students, and monitoring the department regarding master’s students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  15. Issuing administrative orders (for acceptance and initiation) for students who have received university acceptance orders for Master’s studies in our college.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  16. Issuing administrative orders for overseeing graduate students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  17. Issuing administrative orders to assign lecturers to teach graduate students for both the spring and fall semesters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  18.
